Heating issue

I have installed this yesterday on the duke 390 bs6, but bike has started heating up very frequently. It is also affecting the bike performance in higher rpms (starting from 4000 rmp). It feels like friction acting on the bike and not allowing me to move freely. Could you please help me here?

I had purchased this product a little over a year ago for my Duke390 BS6 and got it installed on the day of delivery itself. I'm happy to say that the radiator guard does its job just fine and I've faced no issues whatsoever. Also, I have had my bike pressure-washed and the grill held up pretty well there too. 10/10 would recommend.
